Sprint Guage covers Scrum and Kanban boards, a ranked backlog, sprints, epics, custom issue types, statuses and fields, time tracking, reporting, a project wiki and AI-assisted planning. It is deliberately lighter on configuration than Jira: you get custom statuses rather than a full transition-and-validator workflow engine, which is the trade most teams are looking to make when they leave.

Partly, and it is worth knowing the limits before you plan a migration. The importer accepts a CSV export and brings across issue titles, types, priorities and story points. It does not preserve your original issue keys — new keys are generated in the destination project — and it does not import comments, attachments, sprint history or the reporter and assignee mapping. For a large migration, talk to us first so we can size the gap honestly.

The Free plan supports up to 10 users at no cost with unlimited projects and issues. Pro is $8 per user per month billed monthly, or $6 per user per month billed annually, and adds custom fields, time tracking, reporting, docs and AI-assisted planning. Enterprise is $16 per user per month, or $13 billed annually, and adds custom roles and permission schemes, the full audit log, session revocation and a dedicated success manager. There is no charge for guest viewers.

Every paid plan includes a 14-day trial with the full feature set and no credit card required. If you do not upgrade at the end of the trial your organisation moves to the Free plan automatically — your data is never deleted or held hostage.

Data is stored in PostgreSQL, with encryption in transit and at rest provided by our hosting platform. Every organisation's data is isolated by organisation on every table and enforced on every request. We support TOTP two-factor authentication with backup codes, granular custom roles, active session management and revocation, and a full audit log recording who changed what, when, and the old and new values.

Yes. The interface is responsive on phones and tablets and installs as a Progressive Web App on iOS and Android, so you get an app icon and a standalone window without going through an app store. Note that it is not an offline-first app: you need a connection to read and update your issues, and there are no mobile push notifications yet.
